Jawad completed his LLB from University of London in 2015 and joined litigation department of FKM right away.
Over the years Jawad has obtained extensive experience in disputes faced by the contractors in construction industry and issues faced by the bidders participating in procurement for large scale public sector civil works projects. He also has experience in litigation matters concerning different areas of civil law.
His main area of focus has been representation of contractors in their disputes regarding execution of civil works and controversies regarding payments withheld by the employers. He has represented contractors and bidders before different judicial and quasi judicial forums agreed and/or provided by law for resolution of (1) contractual disputes and (2) grievances of bidders in the procurement matters.
