These projects include the construction of Sub-Section III of the Ormara-Pasni Section of the Makran Coastal Highway Project and the rehabilitation of the Sarhad Bypass.
Matracon Pakistan Pvt Ltd – Successfully challenged tax assessment and recovery of Rs. 2.9 billion pursuant to KP Sales Tax Act 2022.
Sardar Muhammad Ashraf D. Baloch Pvt Ltd – Successfully challenged tax assessment and recovery of Rs. 3.7 billion pursuant to Punjab Sales Tax Act 2012.
Lilley International Pvt Ltd in recovery of Rs. 150 million through successful award and attachment of bank accounts of the National Highway Authority and issuance of TOC and DLC in relation to a construction dispute.
Guarantee Engineers Pvt Ltd in recovery of Rs. 50 million plus markup in relation to the project for construction of Emigration Tower for the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment.
Successfully challenged unilateral recoveries by the National Highway Authority on the basis of Audit Para Objections of the Public Accounts Committee through a Writ Petition, securing a landmark judgment which has positively impacted the entire construction industry.
